I bought the meal plan but didn't get it

Your plan is sent by email within 2 minutes of checkout. It comes as a separate email from your order confirmation. Here is how to find it:

Search your inbox for NoCap.
Check your Promotions, Updates, and Spam folders. Gmail puts it in Promotions most of the time.
Open your order confirmation email and click View your order. Your download link is on that page.

Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email burchell.m1993@gmail.com with the subject line Resend my plan and the email you used at checkout. You'll get it within 1 business day.

When will my book ship?

The book is printed to order. Here is the timeline:

Printing: 1 to 3 business days after you order
Delivery (US): 3 to 7 business days after it ships
Delivery (Canada, UK, Australia): 10 to 14 business days after it ships

You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.

I want to check my order status

Open your order confirmation email and click View your order. That page shows if your order is being printed, has shipped, and where the package is.

I entered the wrong shipping address

If your order has not shipped yet, we can fix it. Email burchell.m1993@gmail.com with the subject line Fix my address, your order number, and the correct address. Do this within 24 hours of ordering to be safe. Once the book has shipped, we can't change the address.

My book order is late

Check your tracking link first. Carriers sometimes show no updates for a few days and then deliver. If it has been more than 10 business days since your tracking email (20 for international), email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

I bought on TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop orders are handled inside the TikTok app. Open TikTok, go to Profile → Your orders to see status, tracking, and messages.

How do I use the meal plan?

Open the PDF and start on page 1. Everything is written to be done in order. If you bought the book, the QR codes inside link to the companion videos.

Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and are not refundable once downloaded. Physical books can be returned within 30 days if unused. Email us with your order number to start a return.
